Sources
- Roster of servicemen, “HOLLAND.” section (Town of Holland), newspaper clipping. The newspaper and date aren’t yet identified.
- “Soldiers of St. Francis Parish,” a handwritten list (the writer isn’t recorded), in the St. Francis Parish records at the Diocese of Green Bay archives.
- Honor roll board, World War II, St. Francis Parish, Hollandtown. Service details from each person’s obituary or grave marker.
World War I names are spelled as each record prints or writes them. Where the two records differ, the roll follows the newspaper. World War II names follow each person’s own records when the board spells them differently, such as Hagany for the board’s Hageny. “Find a name” finds every spelling. Words in square brackets are ours, and [?] marks a reading we’re unsure of.
